Home > Custom Furnishings > Boat and Caravan Curtains
Boats and caravans are a different making problem from a house. Windows are compact and often oddly shaped, nothing is square, and the whole thing moves — so curtains have to be measured precisely, built to stay put, and finished so they don’t foul on anything in a tight space.
We make them in our Nedlands workroom to templates taken from the vessel itself, because a caravan bunk or a boat berth is never quite what a plan says it is. For boats we specify fabrics that will take sun and salt; for caravans the priorities are durability, easy operation, and light control in a space where the bed is usually a metre from the window.
We work directly with boat and caravan owners as well as marine and caravan fit-out specialists — new curtains for a refit, replacement blinds, or a complete soft-furnishings package — with the same care we bring to all our work.

The best way to begin is to visit our showroom in Nedlands. You can explore hundreds of fabric samples in natural light, see finished examples, and often watch work happening in the attached workroom. Annie or a member of the team is always happy to talk through possibilities and answer questions.
For boats and caravans we usually come to you — at the marina, the yard, or wherever the vessel is kept. Every boat and van is different, and templating from the actual berth or bunk is the only reliable way to get curtains, covers and mattresses to fit.
Either way, you will receive honest, expert guidance focused entirely on what is right for your vessel.
We look forward to helping you create window furnishings you will love for many years to come.
Yes — compact and unusually shaped windows are exactly why custom making matters here. We measure precisely and build to suit the space and its movement.
For boats we use UV- and moisture-resistant fabrics suited to sun and salt exposure; for caravans we focus on durability and easy operation in compact spaces.
