A recent job on Burke Drive shows where modern Attadale is heading. The owners wanted two things that usually pull against each other: maximum light control, and a minimal, modern look with nothing decorative in the way. The answer was motorised cellular honeycomb blinds — slim, architectural, and almost invisible when raised, with the honeycomb structure giving genuine insulation and light control when lowered. Motorised operation completes the effect: no cords, no chains, nothing to interrupt the line of the window. It’s a treatment we specify to our exact standards through trusted specialists, then install ourselves — proof that a minimal window can still be a considered one.
Attadale lives on the water — Burke Drive’s parkland, Point Walter around the corner, and more than a few boats in driveways and pens. The workroom serves that life beyond the windows: outdoor cushions in weather- and fade-resistant fabrics for alfresco areas, window-seat and scatter cushions that carry an interior scheme through, and — a rarity in Perth — boat and caravan curtains, made with the same care as the curtains in your living room.
